Healthy Pumpkin Ice Cream

Including the chocolate!
Ingredients
:

8 FROZEN bananas, chopped
‣
2 cups all-natural pumpkin p
uree
‣
2 tablespoons raw honey
or pure maple syrup
‣
May require 2 tablespoons
unsweetened almond milk to get it blended.
Directions
:
1.
In your high powered blender combine the ingredients.
2.
Fill a 9x13 dish with pumpkin mixture. Spread evenly. Freeze 4 hours.
3.
Optional: Melt 1/2 cup dark chocolate/cacao
and drizzle evenly over Pumpkin Ice Cream.
4.
Use scoop to serve immediately or re-
freeze, tightly covered.
